Product

The coconut oil is extracted from the pulp dry the fruits of « Cocus Nuciferas ». The major producers of coconut oil are the Philippines, Tahiti, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Ivory Coast and some African countries. At Baltimar coconut oil suffers with great care, attention and on equipment for high technology, the different operations of refining, hydrogenation, interesterification, split and crystallisation to obtain the appropriate products responding to different users.
